Dear Santa letter--from the children of the world

Dear Santa letter--from the children of the world

Dear Santa:

I have been waiting for weeks to see you at the parade. I was so good, but now I am very sick with my asthma again. Mom and Dad said it would be better if I stayed home and watched the parade on TV instead.

Santa, I wrote a letter asking you for a special gift this year and I wanted to give you my letter at the parade, but, Mom and Dad said I have to mail it. I hope you will understand.

Santa, I don’t want any presents–like toys and games-this year. You can give them to some other boys and girls. I am hoping you will give me something very special that I need. I want clean air to breathe. Air that does not have Woodsmoke in it.

Right now, I cannot breathe inside my home. Many times I can’t make snow forts or play with Porschie, my dog, outdoors due to the Woodsmoke. My asthma makes me stay inside because I can’t breathe the bad woodsmoke air outside.

Santa, my wish is for you to drop off my letter-while you are delivering the gifts for the other kids-at every city hall in the world. My letter is asking that all leaders to please ban Woodsmoke in every city. People, and we kids, are getting sicker and sicker from breathing that bad woodsmoke.

That would be the best gift ever for millions of boys and girls and everyone. I cough all the time. Santa, do you cough too? You have to crawl through all those chimneys. It must be terrible for you. Do you wear a mask to breathe like the firemen do? No wonder you don’t stay very long anywhere with all that woodsmoke in the air.

Santa, if you can drop all those letters off, people would begin to understand and finally help us. All wood burning must be banned.

I will leave you extra cookies and vegetables for the reindeer. Vegetables are good for you! Please help all us children, Santa. More than toys, we must have clean air to breathe for our little lungs and even our Grandparents need that. Everyone needs clean air to breathe Woodsmoke-free. I hope you deliver all my letters so we can have the best gift anyone could ever receive…clean air…and no more Woodsmoke.

Santa, thank you.

The webmaster joins in hoping that elected leaders in the world will do what they can to end woodsmoke in their community....and to ensure that children will be able to live a more healthier life by ending the destruction and horror of woodsmoke.
